Entrepreneurship and Education: The Power of IP featuring Nashville Songwriter Amanda Colleen Williams, is the theme of the official U.S. Chamber of Commerce case study titled “Rhythm & Rhyme: How Intellectual Property Enables Creators."
The study highlights Williams' experience as an artist entrepreneur and educator, shining a light on the economic powerhouse generated by creators with a strong foundation in intellectual property.
“My dad told me early on, ‘If you can do anything else and be happy, do something else,’” Amanda recalls. In fact, she began learning both coding and piano at age 5.
The case study includes 7 artists' insights on what it really takes to make it in today's gig economy, and how IP can be the key to profitability for many solo entrepreneurs, as well as the large corporations.
